I joined Agency in late 2017 after being pulled in by my old boss Pete and Design lead Lishan, both from IDEO.

I am currently leading multi-disciplinary teams of mixed Agency designers and clients across multiple human-centred design projects.

Agency is a human-centred design studio. We help clients answer difficult questions with empathy – by understanding people’s behaviours, designing concepts and visions tangibly, and testing these with people. As an interaction designer, my speciality lies in designing reassuring and delightful experiences for people, despite the complex and messy systems that lie behind it.
