1. Research Outcomes
a. Providing training in Agency research techniques.
Moving the team from a 4-6 month research timeline to a more customer-focused design research approach that runs smoothly within their new 2 week sprint design cycle.
b. An insight learning kit with short-term and long-term implications with directions for where to take those learnings.
