At agency, we spent 2 weeks with a Dialysis startup meeting and design for their patients.
Project: This project was 10 days total, an experiment inside agency to find new ways to work with startups.
Brief: We set out to help explore the question ‘What does freedom look like from a Dialysis patient’s perspective?’

Client: Marks & Spencers
At IDEO London, we helped create Sparks, Marks & Spencer’s loyalty program.
Project: During this project, we spent time meeting M&S’ diverse audience to understand how we could best celebrate their loyalty to the brand. We designed, prototype ( both digitally and spatially ) a soon to be released loyalty program. This later was named sparks and received over 4 million participants in the first year.
